# Getting Support

There are 2 ways to get support on DEX3

### Solution 1

Send a message to DEX3 team using the Support button on the website. Please refer to the image below to identify the button. ***(Coming soon)***

### Solution 2

Open a ticket on our Discord server. Here is the detailed instruction:

**Step 1:** Join our Discord server via the following link and complete the verification on the <mark style="color:purple;">**#verify**</mark> channel by clicking this icon

**Step 2:** Navigate to the <mark style="color:purple;">**#ticket**</mark> channel and click <mark style="color:red;">**Open Ticket.**</mark> Please refer to the image below to identify the channel

**Step 3:** Click on the text block as referred below to access your private ticket chat channel

**Step 4:** Describe your issue and wait for a representative from DEX3 to support you
